The Application Process

The application process takes 10-15 minutes and please note:

  1. When you have submitted your application for the check, AIS INTERNATIONAL GROUP will assess your application for completeness.
  2. When your ICHC application is released for processing, you will receive an email with an ICHC reference page that will include an AIS check reference number.
  3. You must provide the AIS check reference number and ICHC reference page with your Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration application.
  4. You do not need to provide the results report to AHPRA. Your ICHC results will be sent directly to AHPRA by AIS INTERNATIONAL GROUP.

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check Dispute Form

Disputing your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check result:

If you believe the result of your Police Check is not true or accurate you are entitled to dispute the result. To dispute the  information of your result you will need to complete the dispute form below, please also include Photo ID such as a current passport or drivers licence. In some cases, you may be required to supply a fingerprint so you need to be prepared to do so. AIS International will notify you if your fingerprints are required. If you need clarification on the above please contact us at support@aisintl.com.au
